Software Tool Disclaimer
Fabricata Track assists with recording production progress, calculating progress by weight, maintaining schedules and producing reports. It does not make production, commercial or contractual decisions for you.
Calculated Figures
Progress percentages, earned tonnes, stage progress, production rates and health indicators are calculated from the items, weights, workflows, stage credits and progress entries in your workspace. If that information is wrong or out of date, the figures will be too.
Forecasts Are Estimates
Projected completion dates are estimates based on recent production rates and your working calendar. They do not account for every constraint in a workshop and are not a commitment to any date.
No Engineering or Quality Certification
Fabricata Track does not provide engineering approval, drawing control, fabrication sign-off, inspection, or material certification.
User Responsibility for Verification
Verify imported lists, weights, quantities and dates, and review reports before relying on them or sending them to others.
Service Availability
The service may be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages or other circumstances. No uninterrupted availability is promised unless agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Fabricata Track is not liable for delay claims, penalties, production errors, rework, lost revenue or other losses arising from use of the service or reliance on its outputs.
These policies are published for transparency and should be reviewed with the business owner and a qualified legal professional as Fabricata Track grows.
